Fingers Keepers

I search
for left
hands in
a bin
jumbled with
coin purses
baby shoes
nail clippers
lace doilies
and gloves
pressing my
digits along
the length
of each
ringfinger to
find treasure
which might
have slipped
the notice
of previous
possessors
